All Refurbishing is performed “In-House” saving customers time and money. MedicalRV is also familiar with shipping worldwide, single item or full container wrapped with “MedicalRV Care” to ensure safe travels.

Product Policy:

Refurbished products

  • For refurbished products, there maybe a delay of 1 – 2 weeks delivery because:
    • Our technicians will need to run one last test before it is packed and shipped.
    • For Freight products, a pallet(s) will need to be built and product secured on it.

*We will be sure to keep the buyer informed and updated during this all process. Customer Service is our #1 priority.

Shipping policy:

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping estimations vary with shipping method we use to get the medical equipment to your facility, how much you purchased it for, weight and size of the equipment, location, and if you have a Loading Dock.
  • Shipping price will be determined after the purchase.

International Orders:

  • Online orders can be processed through medical RV. website if paid for with PayPal. We also take orders over the phone or through email, if you prefer paying by Wire Transfer, Cash, or Direct Deposit. Please email us the desired products and respective quantities with complete shipping address and contact information for payment and shipping estimates.

Damaged Shipments:

  • Customer or Recipient must notify our shipping staff or trucker of any visible sign of damage to either packaging material or the product or both at the time of the delivery for insurance claim purpose. Otherwise, there will be no insurance coverage.
  • Non-visible damages to the product due to shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery time. Otherwise, there will be no insurance coverage.
  • If the equipment is damaged beyond use or visibly need repair, the customer or recipient should refuse the shipment and contact us as soon as possible.

Rules:

  • Shipping cost will vary depending on different circumstance. We will notify the customer prior to processing the order.
  • Shipping times may vary. The customer can rest assure that we will notify them of any delays on their orders.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We retain the right to refuse orders, online or otherwise, for any reason.
  • No penalty for cancellation of an order prior to shipment in exception to custom or special orders.

Return Policy:

  • We do not accept return merchandise without a prior written authorization from us.
  • The Return period of the products is 30 days from delivery.
  • Our technicians will test the returned product and a customer fee may be subjected if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Credit Guidelines:

    • Unused goods in original packaging receive an 80{d231b29733eba7566e4f5cfa4dfcc829b288fac203a10419dfa3adf7b75bb6f5} credit, and the customer is responsible for shipping expenses both ways.
    • Damaged goods will be credited depending on the condition of the product, and the customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
    • No credit will be issued to a custom or special orders, or in the case that the customer damaged the item due to improper packaging.

Warranty Policy:

  • Our certified or refurbished medical equipment has a 30 days warranty from us.
  • After the expiration of our 30 days warranty, we shall continue a limited warranty protection plan whereby if we perform the repairs, these repairs shall be charged at our costs with no addition cost to the customer.
  • Shipping charges for international customers shall not be covered under warranty.
