White Glove Service includes unpacking, inspection, removal/disposal of packing materials, transporting your order up or down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs and setting up merchandise in the room of your choice.

Refurbish Products

Refurbished products may take 1- 2 weeks to be shipped out to you. Why?

Our technicians will need to run one last test before it is packed and shipped.
Customization, like fabric color, will delay the shipping
For freight products, a pallet will need to be built and product secured on it.
