White Glove Service includes unpacking, inspection, removal/disposal of packing materials, transporting your order up or down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs and setting up merchandise in the room of your choice.

Refurbished products may take 1- 2 weeks to be shipped out to you. Why?

• Our technicians will need to run one last test before it is packed and shipped.
• Customization, like fabric color, will delay the shipping
• For freight products, a pallet will need to be built and product secured on it.
